If you cancel within 24-hours or fail to show up for your reservation, your secured credit card on file will be charged 100% of the Food & Beverage minimum + loss of Booking Fee. We have very limited reservations available per evening (6 in total). 90-Minute Après reservations are for 90-Minutes from your reservation time ONLY. Dinner reservations are for 2.5-hours from your reservation time ONLY. The policies are strictly enforced, and have financial penalties if not compliant.
What is the menu?
Each Alpenglobe is heated, however, the door opens some what frequently. We do our best to keep the door shut with minimal interruptions throughout your dining experience. Booking fee plus tax, food-and-beverage minimums plus tax, are required for both reserved Alpenglobes. You will need to book the second/third Alpenglobe the same way as the first Alpenglobe.

90-Minute Après offers a limited menu. Our regular dinner menu will be available for all 2.5-hour dinner reservations. Visit our home page for our latest offerings. Dress warmly, with appropriate footwear, it is winter. You will be outside briefly to access the globe. There are no coat racks inside the globe, however, there's room on the back of your chair or banquette to place your coat/jacket.

For cancellations within 48 hours prior to your reservation, your secured credit card on file will be charged $200 and loss of your Booking Fee.
Time slots will be staggered every 15 minutes, however, please contact the restaurant in advance to let us know if your multiple reservations group will be arriving all at once. Dining periods are strictly enforced. If you go over your allotted dining time period, you will be charged an additional $100 for every 5 minutes past the agreed reservation. While Butcher's won't be joining us on the street for Savor the Summit, they have created a unique 4-course dinner with each course paired with flavorful wines.
